Split an identifier into lower-case words at camel-case boundaries and
underscores. An upper-case run is one word, so parseURLText gives
parse, url and text.

A word's singular form, by the simple English plural endings:
policies to policy, classes to class, paths to path.
The subject of a module: the singular words of the last component of its name.
Whether an identifier exported from the named module starts or ends with the module's subject. An identifier that is the subject alone, or that is not alphabetic, does not.
