One command from who, answered on output, its bytes read from
input. Both handles should be in binary mode: a reply is the show
of a Reply, which never holds a raw newline, and the bytes pass
through untouched.

Vortex.Session.Handles
A Session over a pair of handles: the shape of an SSH exec channel, a forced command or a pipe to a child. The request is one Exec command, so no text frame ever arrives; replies go out one per line, and once a call is duplexing the input handle carries its bytes.
