Run a fold's result under fuel. Forcing happens inside the window
— laziness means "returned" does not mean "done". The fuel's own
exception must reach timeout rather than the catch-all around the
block, or running out reads as a thrown image: timeout.

The grading: run a computation under fuel, force its result only to a bound, and report the outcome as a trace terminal.

Run without fuel: for subscriptions, which end when the peer goes away rather than when a clock says so. Exceptions still become a terminal; the result is still bounded.
Bounded force: take a prefix, force only that. A lazily infinite result is truncated before it can escape the fuel window.
