Vortex.Combinators.Permit

The policy is any Verb -> Sem r Answer. A static grant table, a lookup in warrant's grant effect, or a call to a remote warrant — the combinator does not care, which is what makes the guard composable: the law holds wherever the policy's answer comes from.

valuepermit

:: (Verbs e, Member (Error Failure) r)
=> Verb -> Sem r Answer
-> Handler e r
-> Handler e r

Guard the interpreter: every operation's verb is put to the policy, a Grant reaches the interpreter and a Deny is refused without the interpreter seeing it.

valuepermitIf

:: (Verbs e, Member (Error Failure) r)
=> Verb -> Bool
-> Handler e r
-> Handler e r

A policy that never crosses effects: a pure predicate.
