Test.Syd.MutationMode

Compatibility shim: parent-side mutation runners (previously runCoverageMode / runMutationMode) have moved to the sydtest-mutation-driver package.

This module now re-exports the shared utilities from Test.Syd.MutationMode.Common and the in-tree child runners.
