Description
What a block can be seen to do: Said emissions and one terminal Result or Failed, or Duplexing when the call turns into a duplex byte channel. This is the wire format (frames are show of Reply) and therefore the frozen, outward-facing vocabulary of the stack; clients depend on this package and nothing else.
