A local package's directory as a config spells it, if it is one inside the repository: relative, and climbing out of nothing.
The one .cabal in a local package's directory, chosen as cabal2nix
chooses it (a file whose name ends in .cabal), or what is wrong with
the directory.
The .cabal a local package declared as NAME is rendered from, once
it is read and describes the package NAME.
What a local package's .cabal states about the facts a config may
declare of it (Horizon.Config.Scope).
The sha256 of a file's bytes.
